From prejudice and passive-aggressive behavior to rooms that haven't been cleaned in years. You will regret ever stepping foot in this place. BEWARE the devil is alive here and you will need to REBUKE him and flee! Shut this operation DOWN!

This hotel was an absolutely disgusting experience.The staff refused to clean my room despite repeated requests,Latrice was the worst,an obvious racist against whites.The entire hotel has a pest problem,roaches proliferate the rooms as soon as you turn out your bedroom lights.Latrice coerces the patrons to hurl racial slurs and harass the few white patrons that reside there,it's obvious they don't want your business.The staff is rude and abrasive,very short tempered and racist and abusive towards whites.They openly refer to you as "a cracker",I wouldn't recommend the place.Prostitutes and drug dealers regularly frequent the establishment,car break-ins and property crimes are the norm.....you are regularly asked by the "nitelife" to leave a stone in the entrance door,i.e. to allow vagrants and thus allowed unpaid denizens to gain access to roam freely about the hotel,first thing you notice,smell is the pungent smell of marijuana upon entering the parking lot.....usually you'll see homeless drunks that have snuck in via the "rock",the rock you are constantly harassed to put in the access door,and believe you me you'll smell that person sleeping under the staircase.....smells like a dead animal....with a gallon of vodka laying by his/her passed out side......they'll harass you/threaten you/group intimidate you.....its more like a state prison facility as opposed to a purported "5 star " hotel....which is a joke,I'd caught Latrice,the maid,several times coercing the other patrons into harassing me on racial grounds,base,bias.....she regularly steals and infiltrates thr rooms,crack dealers set up shop there and regularly deal from the hotel,which is centralized to the the other convenient dope Mecca's,readily accessible hotels within blocks,I e. Motel six,whatever the other one is....cockroaches are all over the rooms.....I stayed there 7 months unfortunately and had the room cleaned exactly once.Latrice is a liar and thief,goes into the rooms at will and steals from you....I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were really nice and had good customer service, The rooms were clean and everything looked neat.It was a good stay, and i was pleased with the service. They attended us well and it was safe.

At this hotel I spend 2 night at was alright it averages wouldn’t give it pass a 3 the bathroom and kitchen was so much clean wasn’t that clean but if you want to stay there go at your own risk …………Ik

No AC/Heat for 3 days and told it will not be fixed for another 2 days. Yet no concession on pricing and not sure how you can treat people like this. I wouldn't treat an animal like the way they treat people.
